To maintain quality we only operate top of the range multi-head & single-head embroidery machines from Baruadon. These machines offer 15-colour facility, which means we have a huge scope for meeting your requirements and can supply a wide variety of items from single items to 10's of thousands, including larger designs and baseball caps.
Our operating hours are from 09.00 until 18.00, the phone is answered between 09.30 & 16.30 then the answer machine is in use, this gives us over 2 hours of quality work time un-interrupted, taking urgent calls only.

If you use other design teams for stationary etc. make sure that you tell your design company that you will require embroidered clothing and printed giftware in the near future, so that you get a copy of the design, paper designers leave their trade mark by making up fonts, which are very difficult to digitise into embroidered stitches.
