Here are some FAQ's posed to BS Embroidery plus and our replies:
Q: Is there a minimum or maximum order?
A:
No you can order just one or hundreds of garments BS Embroidery Plus are happy to supply as many garments as you need.
However please note that we are able to offer a more competitive price when the order size increases.
Q: What if I require embroidery on a number of different positions?
A:
The prices on the web-site are for 1 embroidered logo on each garment.
If you require more than one logo we would advise you to email us your order.
We can then calculate the cost and give you a final price.
For extra logo's we normally charge approximately £3.50 each. Please contact us for specific prices.
If you order your garments and pay on-line and you have stated more than one logo on each garment,
it will be necessary for us to contact you with the extra costs.
We understand this can be an inconvience if you have already finalised your order so we strongly recommend that you
email us direct at sales@bs-embroidery.com and we can help you with accurate costing.
Q: What is the charge for digitizing for?
A:
The charge for digitizing is a maximum of £30.00 + vat for making your artwork,
which may be a picture or letterhead etc compatible with our embroidery machines.
This is a one off payment and then your logo is stored for any future orders.
If in the event you would like your logo on a disk in embroidery machine format there is a charge of £50.00.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A:
Cheques, online credit card payment via this website, BACS transfer, cash or government debit card.
Q: Can I see a sample?
A:
Samples are available on 30 day loan (failure to return or those not returned in good condition will be charged at cost).
For the more expensive non stock items, you will be charged for the sample but the cost refunded when you order.
Q: Can you originate my Design for me?
A:
Yes we have many years of experience producing high quality Embroidery Designs for leading Companies Sports Clubs and Schools.
Q: Do you do Children's Sizes?
A:
Yes most of the garments displayed can be supplied in children's sizes.
Q: Can you Embroider Caps?
A:
Yes.
Q: I only want the name of my Company on the garments do I have to pay for origination?
A:
If one of our Standard Fonts is suitable then we could create a Design without
origination costs.
Q: Can you give me any idea's for a Design?
A:
Yes if required we can create Design idea's based on your brief and send you artwork
for approval.
