We will only process a return if the product sent is faulty or clearly
sub-standard. All the products purchased from this website are personalised gifts
and as such are only returnable if the product is clearly faulty*. You have 28
days from the date your order was shipped to return unworn items for a refund
or replacement item and include the original packaging. (By law, intimate garments
containing a crotch (e.g. panties) cannot be returned once they have been tried
on or worn.)

Exceptions to the right to cancel - Unless the parties have agreed otherwise,
the cooling off period and the right to cancel do not apply to contracts for
goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
A faulty item is a fault in quality incurred by BS Embroidery Plus and not
typing errors submitted by the customer. A fault is not accepted when the wrong
size has been ordered. Sizes are explained in full on the website.
Any Refused or Unauthorized Returns will result in a 25% restocking fee. In
addition, any shipping and shipping and handling costs incurred by www.bs-embroidery.co.uk
will be billed to the customer. www.bs-embroidery.co.uk is not responsible for
stolen or damaged packages.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us - your confidence in us, in
our quality of goods and in our service is our number one priority. We believe
our Returns Policy is fair and open. However, there are some stipulations we
make in the interests of efficiency.
**MOST IMPORTANT. Please ensure you enclose a copy of your original receipt,
and a note telling us the fault, in the package with your return. If this is
not done - we can't handle your return! The receipt is sent to the purchaser
separately on dispatch.
***MOST IMPORTANT. If you are returning faulty goods from outside Europe –
please ensure your package is clearly marked RETURNS. If you do not do this –
there may be UK customs duties levied on the goods and we cannot accept delivery.
In this event the package is likely to be returned to you and you will be liable
for the duty.
****MOST IMPORTANT. If you are returning items from USA via Fedex, there is
a charge levied of 30 UK Pounds (by them - not by us!!). Please note, if this
charge is raised, we will have to charge it to you. Therefore -we suggest you
use AIRMAIL in preference.
We do NOT charge an Admin fee, a re-stocking fee or an Exchange fee for faulty
goods.
The value of your replacement will be deemed to be the value of your original
goods not including the original shipping charge.
Packages returned to us as non-delivered
Shipping charges
to re-send will be applied.
Returns for refund or store credit
The value of the goods will be refunded in full if the goods are clearly faulty.
However, we are unable to refund either the original outbound shipping charge
or your return shipping costs. Replacement goods will be sent free of delivery
charge - standard Parcel Post.
Cancellation after order has been processed
We cannot cancel an order after it has been processed as the garments are
individually personalised.
Refunds are made as soon as possible from the date we receive your return
if faulty and in the same method you used for your original payment.
We regret we cannot process your exchange/refund unless these terms are complied
with.
