- Your order will be completed within 14 working days from your logo approval or in the case of badges where finishing is required 18 working days. In the unlikely event of this not being possible for whatever reason your order will become a priority and will be dealt with as soon as possible. If your goods are out of stock you will be notified immediately and advised in how to proceed.
- BS Embroidery plus invoicing will always be clear and easily understood. Any query you may have with regards to our accounting or invoicing procedures will be quickly and efficiently resolved. All enquiries will be responded to immediately.
